Carol Feiner provides retail operations guidance to KHL's healthcare clients. Carol's expertise is in designing healthcare retail operations programs with a focus on patient and staff experience, financial success, and tenant relations. She approaches healthcare retail holistically, driven by her unique experience implementing retail programs in active institutional and ambulatory healthcare environments. She understands that integrating retail operations into the highly regulated needs of healthcare institutions requires thoughtful planning and execution.

Prior to joining the KHL team, Carol managed the many teams required to create a successful patient and staff experience, including property management, facilities, environmental services, security, safety and compliance, and construction teams. Carol spent over 16 years at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Illinois, where she played a key role in developing the retail program, from construction to long term operations. She drove improvements across property management, facilities & maintenance teams, EVS, tenant relations, real estate finance, and construction.
